[error 2012] Unable to ping binder |

If you receive the following [2012] error popup - the BBU system could not detect the binder over TCP/IP.
(1) Navigate to the 'Settings 1' page.
(2) Write down the IP-address as marked in yellow (default should be 192.167.7.20). (3) Navigate to the connection settings of the binder (as described at page 28 of the Installation Manual).
(4) Make sure the settings match - after changing IP-addresses please restart the binder User Interface with the 'Cold Restart' button. |
